MAGNET

Magnet

What is a magnet?

Due to its magnetic poles, some metals such as iron, nickel, cobalt, and so on are called magnetite magnets. It is usually symbolized as U. The two surfaces, in other words two poles, have a magnetic tractive force.

Rotary band magnets

Thanks to the magnetic field formed by the plate magnet, it is a system that is used with the purpose of cleaning the iron-based parts contained in the material conveyed on the line. The system is installed at the appropriate distance on the line to protect the machine from distortion caused by the iron parts and the product refinement. It can be used for large or small granular material in any open or closed, wet or dry environment. It is widely used in Cement Production Facilities, Ceramics, Porcelain Industry, Coal Plants, Galvanized Plants, Recycling Plants, Lime, Plaster, Mosaic Plants, Foundry Plants. Depending on the width of the transport line, the height of the material and the type of production, it can be produced in desired sizes. One surface is made of DKP and the other surfaces are made of stainless 304 quality steel.
