Jaw Crusher

The most preferred type of crusher that crushes the run-off material from quarries or creek beds by squeezing it between two fixed (16-18 mn) and two movable (16-18 mn) jaws. The excavator on the moving jaw heavy duty type bearing bearings was suspended from the body by the help of the drive shaft and supported by the safety plate and jaw crusher body. Moving jaw feeder moves up and down by drawing an ellipse close to the circle, and a narrow ellipse near the straight line in the exit mouth region. This operation method, enables the material to be broken by grasping the upper part, and below gaining momentum, leaving the outlet mouth and thus providing the material flow. The jaw crushers can be used to crush huge stones at primary type, as well as to obtain fine material as a secondary crusher.
